Perrysburg belted out 18 hits on their way to a 13-3 Northern Lakes League softball victory over host Bowling Green Monday.

Jess Miller was 3-for-4 with two home runs, a double, and five RBIs to lead the Yellow Jackets’ hit parade.

Morgan Hoverman was 4-for-4 with two RBIs and two stolen bases, Maison Gerrard was 2-for-4 with a double, Ella Leonard was 3-for-4 with a stolen base, Yesenia You was 2-for-3 for the Jackets, and Hayley Griggs had a triple and two RBIs.

Gerrard started in the circle for the Jackets, striking out seven, walking two, and allowing four hits and three runs, but only one was earned, through five innings.

Maddie Von Sacken closed, striking out three, walking none, and allowing no hits or runs through one inning.

Perrysburg scored in every inning, putting up two runs in the first, one in the second, six in the third, two in the fourth, one in the fifth and one in the sixth as the game ended after six innings because of the mercy rule. BG scored two in the third and added one in the fourth.

For the Bobcats, Cassidy Kroggel was 2-for-2 with two RBIs, Taylor Rothenbuhler had a double and stolen base, and Samantha Trimpey had a base hit.

Zoe Ziems had a sacrifice bunt and Kroggel reached after getting hit by a pitch. Meghan Kramp and Ziems split pitching duties for the Bobcats.
