James G. Wright, BG, was arrested for OVI/refusal, state OVI (prior refusal in 20 years), turn signals, and expired registration. He was taken to jail.

Steven Freeman, Kalida, was cited for attempt to make false alarms and falsification after police responded to a business in the 1100 block of South Main where a lost/stolen debit card was reported.

Police handled a scam report of a Jefferson Drive resident ($1,000) and took a report of a juvenile with marijuana at the middle school.

BG civil enforcement took a report of a camper in a yard in the 1000 block of Revere Drive.

Citations March 8:

BG civil enforcement took a report of a car on the grass in the 1000 block of East Wooster Street; of a boat stored in a driveway in the 1300 block of East Clough Street; of a trailer in a driveway in the 1400 block of East Clough Street; and of an abandoned vehicle partially blocking a sidewalk in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

Police took a burglary report in the 1500 block of East Clough Street ($1,250).

Citations March 9:

BG civil enforcement took reports of furniture on a front porch in the 200 block of South Summit Street and furniture in a backyard in the 100 block of North Summit.

Three juveniles were arrested for criminal mischief in the 600 block of South Main Street and were taken to the juvenile detention center.
