Peggy Zbinden, 65, of Grand Rapids, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on April 11, 2023. Peggy was born on December 31, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Samuel and Alice (Nuhfer) Zbinden.
Peggy is survived by her daughters: Rachel Bryant and Amanda (Stephan) Ball; grandchildren: Ayla, Liam, and Emilia; sisters: Donna, Brenda, Diana; brothers: Larry and Jerry. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Danny, Jim, and Pat.
Peggy worked as a nurse at the Rehabilitation Center of Northwest Ohio since they opened. She loved to be out in nature, taking walks, and enjoying the wildlife. Peggy enjoyed listening to Alice Cooper and George Harrison. Her three cats were a constant companion to her. Peggy’s greatest joy was spending time with her family and her grandchildren were her life. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held for Peggy on Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 1:00 – 5:00 PM in the Providence Dam Shelter house, 13827 S. River Road, Grand Rapids, Ohio 43522.
