Wood County men indicted for sex-related offenses

To men from Bradner and North Baltimore have been accused of sex-related offenses.

A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Kevin Allen Osburn, 28, Bradner, for 11 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all second-degree felonies; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

From July 1, 2021, to Jan. 20, 2022, he allegedly created, reproduced or published obscene material that had a minor as one of its participants or observers.

Osburn is accused of doing this 11 times and using a cell phone in the commission of the offense.

The grand jury also indicted Matthew James Wymer, 49, North Baltimore, for six counts of gross sexual imposition, all fourth-degree felonies.

From Sept 1-Nov. 30, 2001, he allegedly had sexual contact with a woman by compelling her by force or threat of force.

He allegedly committed the same offense with the same woman from Sept. 1-Nov. 30, 2001; Sept. 1-Nov. 30, 2005; June 1-30, 2007; from June 1-Aug. 31, 2008; June 1-30, 2018; and April 1-30, 2020.
