Patricia Ann Sabo, age 80, of Portage, passed away early Wednesday morning, December 11, 2019 at Bridge
Hospice Care Canter in Bowling Green.
She was born on June 8, 1939 in Bowling Green, OH to Cloise and Mary (Coppeler) Watson. She married Frank
“Al” Sabo in 1956. They would raise two sons and celebrate 63 years of marriage together.
Mary worked as an LPN for 47 years. She was a nurse at Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green for a
majority of those years before she retired. In addition to enjoying the nursing profession, she also
liked to fly with her husband Al in their plane to various points of interest. Pat was an animal lover
that enjoyed the cats and dogs she and Al had over the years.
In addition to her husband Al, Pat is survived by her son: Gary Sabo of Portage. Granddaughter: Jessie
(Parway) Sife and 2 great-granddaughters all of TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Larry Sabo, brother Tom Watson and sister Betty Watson.
The family is going to lay Pat to rest with her son Larry in a private ceremony.
