David Paul Weinandy, age 59, passed away on September 6th, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio.
Dave was born July 2, 1960 in Findlay, Ohio. At the age of 18 months, the family moved to Auburn,
Indiana, and then to Bowling Green, Ohio in 1976.
He loved science and entered many school science competitions. He was a member of the Auburn Swim Club
and won many awards in competition. Dave loved sports, especially football, and also loved playing
guitar.
After graduating from Bowling Green High School in 1978, Dave attended Bowling Green State University.
In the late 1990s, he started Weinandy Enterprises which included plumbing and contracting construction.
Dave is survived by his loving daughter Jamie Cramer and her husband Brad; parents Dick and Ann
(Niswander) Weinandy; brother Jim Weinandy and his spouse Julie; sister Susan Way and her spouse Peter;
long-time friend Julie Hill; and three grandchildren Kaiden, Landon and Maddox.
A Mass will be held Saturday, September 14 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas More in Bowling Green, followed by
interment at Oak Grove Cemetery.
