Dale E. Rieff, age 83, of Perrysburg, OH passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Hospice of
Northwest Ohio in Toledo.
He was born on July 9, 1936 in Genoa, OH to Clarence and Alice (Schumacher) Rieff. Dale would later serve
his country in the United States Army. He married Carol Brooks, on June 13, 1981 in Toledo, OH. Dale and
Carol have celebrated over 38 years of marriage together.
He was a Machine Operator for Chrysler in Perrysburg for 33 years before he retired. Dale was a lover of
the outdoors including hunting, fishing and working outside when he could.
In addition to his wife Carol, Dale is survived by his son: Ryan Rieff of SC, stepson: Jeff (Beth) Sexton
of Luckey, stepdaughter: Cassandra Sexton of FL. 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and sister: Lois
Rymers of Elmore.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Ronald Rieff and Duane Rieff.
Family and friends will be received 3-5 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2019 with a memorial service at 5 p.m.
at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 110 W. Main Street, Luckey, OH. Officiating will be
Pastor James Budke. The family will lay Mr. Rieff to rest in a private family committal in Troy Township
Cemetery, Luckey, OH.
