‘South Pacific’ on Toledo Rep stage
TOLEDO – The Toledo Rep presents  Rodgers and Hammerstein’s musical "South Pacific" at the 10th
Street stage Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and continues weekends through June
21.
Lindsey Denhamplays American nurse Nellie Forbush and Michael Searle plays French plantation owner Emile
Debeque.   James M. Norman is director, Josh Glover, musical director, and Brian Rodabaugh,
choreographer.

WGTE bringing auction back
 TOLEDO –  WGTE Public Media is bringing the auction back this month after a 17-year hiatus.
For 30 years, WGTE viewers tuned into the TV 30 Auction to watch local VIPs auction off thousands of
donated goods and services.
The TV 30 Auction returns with three special events:
•    Tuesday through  June 18, WGTE will hold an online auction at www.wgte.org. Registration at
www.wgte.org is required.
•    On June 18 at 8 p.m. WGTE’s "Toledo Stories" will premiere a new half-hour documentary
that looks back at the original 30-year run of the auction.
•     At 8:30 p.m. that day, the TV 30 Auction will conclude with a live, televised auction finale.
