Vocal jazz ensembles to perform
TOLEDO – The "Songs for Our Sister" concert will feature several vocal jazz ensembles Sunday at
4 p.m. at the Toledo Club, 235 14th St,
The concert benefiting the Toledo School for the Arts will be hosted by vocalist Ramona Collins.
The show will feature the Bowling Green State University Jazz Vocal Ensemble,  University of Toledo
Vocalstra, the Toledo School for the Arts Jazz Vocal Ensemble and 6th Edition.
"Songs for Our Sister" was created to celebrate the life and work of the late singer Mary Ann
Russo.
The proceeds benefit TSA students’ vocal jazz lessons, as well as a  graduation scholarship, and tuition
at the BGSU New York Voices summer camp.

Toledo Club hosts jazz performance
TOLEDO – Kyle Turner and Friends will perform a jazz concert Feb. 25 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Toledo
Club, 235 14th St,
Performing with the pianist will be Ben Wolkins, trumpet, Mark Sentle, drums, and J. Ronquillo, bass
Tickets are $25, $20 for members of the club and the Art Tatum Jazz Society and $10 for students.
There will be food to purchase and a cash bar.

Casting call for ‘Clue’
TOLEDO – The Village Players will hold auditions for "Clue: The Musical" at  2740 Upton Ave.
Saturday, and Sunday, from 1 to 4 p.m.
The cast calls for four men and four women who can sing and dance.
Directed by  Wes Skinner, the show will be staged weekends May 8 through May 25.
