Show at Owens explores race, identity

Issues of race, identity, diversity and stereotypes will be explored when nationally-recognized
writer and actor Michael Fosberg presents "Incognito" at Owens Community College’s Perrysburg
Township and Findlay campuses Wednesday and Thursday.Fosberg’s performance is being presented in conjunction
with the College’s celebration of Black History Month. Shows are Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the College’s
Audio/Visual Classroom Center Rooms 125-128 on the Perrysburg Township campus, off Oregon Road.A second
performance will be presented Thursday at 9:30 a.m in the Education Center Room 111 on the Findlay campus on
Bright Road.During the performance, Fosberg will inhabit over a dozen characters as he tells the true story
of finding his biological father.Raised in a working-class white family, Fosberg discovers at age 32 that
his father is actually African-American.A discussion will follow each performance.
