Toledo Ballet staging ‘Nutcracker’

TOLEDO — Toledo Ballet, accompanied by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, will present
its 72nd annual production of “Nutcracker” Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m., and Sunday
at 2 p.m. at the Stranahan Theater.
For the Saturday matinee the ballet has enlisted Brian Kennedy, president, director
and CEO of Toledo Museum of Art, to play Mother Ginger.
Founded in 1939, Toledo Ballet has the longest running annual production of
“Nutcracker” in the country.
