Perrysburg chorale to sing music of remembrance

PERRYSBURG – The Perrysburg Symphony Chorale will perform music of remembrance in two
concerts this weekend.
On Friday at 7 p.m., the chorale will perform Trinity Episcopal Church in Toledo, and
on Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church on East Boundary in
Perrysburg.
The chorale will perform Cantata 118 by Bach; "Nanie" by Brahms; and
"Requiem" by contemporary Czech composer Zdenek Lukas. Brahms’ piece
using the poetry of Friedrich Schiller is a lamentation for a close friend.
Lukas’ Requiem is a contemporary setting of the Latin Mass.
Tickets are $10 and $8 for students and seniors at the door.PERRYSBURG – The
