• Painting on the iPad and iPhone – This Saturday from 9-10:30 a.m. This presentation by the artist shows
paintings created solely on his iPhone & iPad. Movies will be shown of how these paintings were
made; $5.
• The End of the Garden Season? – Sunday, Oct. 2 from 2-4 p.m.
Actually, it is the best time to do a lot of things to prep gardens for next year. Class will cover
enlarging garden space, pruning, soil sampling, and composting. Fee: $10.
• Beginning Knitting – Tuesdays, Oct. 4 and 11 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Learn to cast on, knit, purl, increase, decrease and cast off. Will make a small project. Fee: $20.
• Your First Pair of Socks – Oct. 5, 12 and 19 from 9-11 a.m Must know basics of knitting. Fee: $25.
• Stamped cards and paper crafts – Oct. 5 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Make easy treat containers, complete with
treats; Halloween and all-occasion cards in fall colors. Fee: $20.
• Gluten-free Baking Class – Oct. 6 from 1-3 p.m. or 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Learn to mix your own flours. Start with simple pie crusts, savory and sweet, then on to banana muffins
and blueberry scones. Fee: $18.
• Flora and Fauna Cards – Oct. 7 from 6:30-8 p.m.
Learn a simple way to dry own garden flowers and leaves; create a one-of-a-kind work of art into cards.

grounds, write and reflect on favorite photos and share them with the group. Bring: digital camera,
