God’s Wonderful Ways."
"Even a Candle Shines in a Dark Place," will be Pastor Dennis Gugger’s sermon Sunday at Bowling
Green Alliance Church.
Evangelist Harold Driver’s sermon Sunday morning at Bowling Green Church of Christ will be "When the
Lord Returns, Will He Find Faith on the Earth?" The evening service will be "When Our Adult
Children Disappoint Us."
"Hope Does not Disappoint," will be Rev. Michael Malanga’s message Sunday at Bowling Green
Covenant Church.
Rev. Mack Armstrong’s sermon Sunday at Cloverdale United Methodist Church will be "I am the Door of
the Sheepfold."
Sunday will be Gene Wyse’s last day as interim pastor at First Baptist Church. He will be speaking at
both services. There will be a potluck lunch following the morning service. The second service will
follow the potluck lunch. There will be no evening service Sunday.
Rev. Brent Pomeroy’s sermon Sunday at First Christian Church will be "Humbled and Exalted."
Pastor Tom Mellott and Thad Long will give the sermon Sunday at First United Methodist Church. It is
titled, "It’s What We Do."
The program Sunday at Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation will be "A Religion Like
Sunshine" by Rev. Lynn Kerr. Kerr will be installed as the leader at a service at 6 p.m. Rev. Clark
Olsen’s topic will be "Creation, Human Life and Sunday Mornings."
Retired missionary, Leroy Josephsen’s message Sunday at Plain Congregational Church will be "The
Ideal Christian Life."
Pastor Dale Schaefer’s theme for both traditional Sunday services at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church will be
"Oh, Ouch!" Intern Rick Jensen’s topic for the Saturday evening service is "Who Is in
Charge?"
Deacon Gary Thrun will preach at all Masses this weekend at St. Thomas More University Parish. This will
be his final weekend of service at the parish.
"Humble Beginnings, Lofty Expectations," will be Rev. Eric McGlade’s sermon Sunday at Trinity
United Methodist Church.
Pastor Larry Whatley’s sermon Sunday at Turning Point United Methodist Church will be "Broken
