International Fest set
PERRYSBURG – T11th annual International Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Islamic Center
of Greater Toledo, 25877 Scheider Road, Perrysburg.
Featured will be a coffee house, ethnic food, vendors, pony rides, a bazaar, arts and crafts, games and
prizes.
There will also be tours of the center, cultural exhibits, cooking demonstrations, a petting zoo and
camel rides.
Saturday hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; while the festival will continue Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
The public is invited to attend.
Revival planned
The seven churches of the Wings of Grace Ministries is sponsoring Revival Services with Bev Hurlburt as
guest speaker. Her messages will be on "Receiving His Gifts." Joe Hurlburt will be the guest
singer.
The schedule of the services will be Sept. 25 at Kansas United Methodist Church; Sept. 26 at St Paul’s
UMC in Risingsun, and Sept. 27 at Scott Trinity UMC east of Risingsun on County Road 11.
All services will begin at 7 p.m. with refreshments following. The public is invited and to bring a
friend. Also requested is for those attending to bring a canned good for the food pantry.

Healing service set
NORTH BALTIMORE – Church and community members are invited to attend a "Healing Service" Sunday
at 7 p.m. at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 215 N. Second St., North Baltimore.
The service, which includes anointing with oil, is for those with specific requests for healing, as well
as an opportunity to pray for others in need of healing.
‘Fall Family Fun Fest’ featured
SUGAR RIDGE – The public is invited to join members of Sugar Ridge Community Church, 11634 Sugar Ridge
Road, for its Fall Family Fun Fest on Sept. 24 at 5 p.m.
There will be cornhole, horseshoes, croquet, volleyball, S’mores and hotdogs over the campfire.
Coughlin to lead Episcopals
Rev. Christopher Zeke Coughlin has been named to lead St. John’s Episcopal Church, Bowling Green. He and
his wife, Lisa, recently moved to Toledo, where she is a surgical resident at University of Toledo
Medical Center. "Zeke," as he is known, received his bachelor’s degree from the College of
Wooster and his master’s in theology from Bexley Hall. His last service was at St. James’ Episcopal
Church, in Boardman, where he served as associate priest and youth ministry coordinator. He will preach
his first sermon on Sunday.
Senior CSI event set
PERRYSBURG – CSI, Christian Seniors Interacting, invite all seniors in the area to attend its next
meeting to be held Sept. 27 at Abundant Life No. 2, 200 Zoar Drive, Perrysburg. The event is held twice
each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There is a $3 charge for expenses.
The 11:30 a.m. Bible study will be led by Father Herb Weber of Blessed John XXIII Parish. Lunch is served
at noon, provided by Kingston Residence of Perrysburg.
The program which follows will be "Joy of Living" with Bob Moyers.
