Pastor Ralph Mineo’s sermon topic Sunday at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church will be "The Call
to Ministry." This will be the based on the same Bible verses Mineo preached on the Sunday after
the 9-11 attack 10 years ago. It is also Rally Day, marking the beginning of the fall schedule
celebrated with a barbecue.
The adult class will focus on "Messages to the Churches," the 97th in a series of 100 essential
Bible passages.
PEMBERVILLE
Pastor Matthew Musteric’s sermon Sunday at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church will be "Tears,
Blood and Running Toward Suffering."
Pastor Jim Miller’s sermon Sunday for First United Presbyterian Church will be "People Can’t See
God; but They Do See You." This is the annual outdoor service and will be held at Pemberville
Depot, 215 Hickory St. at 10 a.m. Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair and a friend.
