Bowling Green was a 1-0 loser to visiting Maumee in Northern Lakes League boys soccer match Tuesday.
BG’s Josh Simler had six saves.
BOYS SOCCER
Southview 2, Perrysburg 0
In Perrysburg, Southview scored twice in the first half for an NLL victory.
Perrysburg is 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the NLL.
GIRLS SOCCER
Van Buren 4, Rossford 0
In Rossford, the Bulldogs lost the non-league match.
BGHS 6, Toledo Christian 0
Kassie Memmer had two goals and two assists to help the Bobcats post the non-league win.
Bobbi
Spadelin, Kylie Nienow, Livvy Dill and Priscilla Perez each added a
goal for BG. Julie Cross, one save, and Kirstyn Harris, three saves,
shared time in goal for the Bobcats.

Perrysburg tops Maumee
In Maumee, Perrysburg was a 25-9, 26-24, 25-22 winner in an NLL match.
Perrysburg’s
leaders were: Alyssa Beach, 12 kills, eight blocks, five aces; Emily
Treece, nine kills, seven blocks, 11 digs; and Lindsay Smith, 32
assists, two aces.
The Yellow Jackets are 3-1 overall and 2-1 in the NLL.
Eastwood downs Rossford
In Rossford, Eastwood remained undefeated with a 25-14, 25-22, 25-8 win in a Northern Buckeye Conference
match.
Eastwood is
5-0 overall and 3-0 in the league.
Otsego defeats Lake
In Millbury, Otsego was a 25-11, 25-11, 25-12 winner over Lake in an NBC match.

leaders were: Hallie Adair, four kills, four digs; Sammy Whiteman, 23
digs, one ace; Courtney Sutter, three kills, two blocks; Sara Dabney,
three kills, one dig; and Emily Bella, six digs, 10 assists, one ace.
Elmwood wins over Fostoria
In Fostoria, Elmwood was a 25-13, 25-19, 14-25, 25-10 winner in an NBC match.

eight kills, two aces; Courtney Thomson, six kills, 16 digs, two blocks;

In Kansas, Lakota was a 25-4, 25-17, 25-21 winner over Gibsonburg in a non-league match.

At Brandywine, Chien Han-Sung was the medalist with a 39 as Bowling Green improved to 4-2 overall and 3-1
in the NLL.
BG’s other scores were: Nolan Dill, 41; Andrew Herringshaw, 43; and Trey Walker, 45.
On
Saturday, the Bobcats finished 12th out of 20 teams at the Black Knight
Classic at RedHawk Run. BG finished with a team score of 334 in the
18-hole tournament.
Scores for BG were: Dill, 81; Han-Sung, 83; Herringshaw, 84; and Evan Gardner, 86.

Perrysburg’s scores in the NLL match were: Nathan VanHoozen, 40; Nick Ralston, Spencer George, both 42;
and Mike McMullen, 44.

At Birch Run, Karly Haughawout was the medalist with a 50 to help Elmwood improve to 7-3 overall.
The Royals’ other scores were: Alison Bentley, 53; and Sierra Semko, Taylor Carr, both 56.
BGHS, Eastwood compete
In a triangular match at Stone Ridge, Bowling Green posted a 216 to beat Eastwood (237) and Genoa (276).

BG’s Erica Rybak was the medalist with a 45. Also for BG, Katie Hoops and Robyn Thayer each shot 56 and
Erin Peterson added 59.
Hannah Cook led Eastwood with a 58.

Rossford 4, Fostoria 1
In Rossford, the Bulldogs swept the singles and added a doubles win.
BGHS 5, Springfield 0
Bowling Green lost only seven games to move to 5-3 overall and 2-1 in the NLL.
Perrysburg 4, Northview 1
Perrysburg won two singles flights and both doubles fights to post the NLL victory.

Eastwood
was a 2-1 winner over Toledo Bowsher and played a scoreless tie against
Liberty Center. Jordan Luther and Freddy Parades scores against
Bowsher, and Avery Wilson and Randy Caris had assists.
VOLLEYBALL
Lakota beat Gibsonburg, 21-25, 25-17, 25-11.
Elmwood
beat Fostoria, 25-19, 25-13. Elmwood’s leaders were: Jackie Baer, four
kills, four aces, five digs; Kristin Curtis, five kills, four digs; and
Chelsey Schmitz, 11 assists, eight digs.
GIRLS TENNIS
BG’s
winners against Springfield were Ashley Kellermeier in singles play;
and the doubles teams of Michelle Mathis and Sam Spackey, Elizabeth
Gerken and Erin Graves, Gabi Fleming and Shanna Maas, and Taylor DeSmith
and Sarah Altstadt.
