Howard and Doris Strow, Custar, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Friday.
They were married Sept. 2, 1951 at the Church of Christ in Custar.
The Strows have four children, Thomas of Illinois; Randy, Bowling Green; Rex, Custar; and Shelly,
Delaware. They also have six grandchildren, Tommy, Dean, Craig, Tyler, Ryan and Rylee; and three
great-grandchildren.
Howard Strow is a lifelong farmer as well as fireman with the Milton Township Fire Department. He also
restores antique cars and tractors. Doris Strow worked at Rural Directories and Day Brook Hydraulic Co.
in Bowling Green for five years and was an active farming partner. They both hunt and fish in Colorado
and Wyoming.
