Garry and Carol Phelps and Rodney and Bette Reiter, all of Fostoria, are announcing the engagement of
their children, Staci Phelps and Rodan Reiter.
The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School and attended Ashland University and the
University of Findlay. She is the office manager/legal assistant at Rayle, Matthews & Coon in
Bowling Green.
The groom-to-be is also a 1995 graduate of Fostoria High School. He graduated from Owens Community
College in 1997 and is an elevator operator at Mennel Milling Co. in Fostoria.
The couple plans an Oct. 7 wedding at High Street United Methodist Church, Fostoria.
