TOLEDO – The Black Swamp Hosta and Daylily Society will have a daylily auction on Saturday beginning at
12:30 p.m.
The event will be behind the Conference Center at Toledo Botanical Garden, 5403 Elmer Drive.
A daylily dividing demonstration will begin at 12:30 and the auction will follow. On sale will be
daylilies that members have grown in their gardens for the past two years, some newer cultivars and some
of the more common varieties.
The daylilies should do well in buyers’ gardens since they have been growing locally for the past two
years.
Names of some of the daylilies for sale are Better Than Gold, Circus Truffle, Christmas Greetings, Glory
in the Sunset, Green Illusion, Truffle Mania, Topspin, Ring the Bells of Heaven, Precious Candy, Little
Light of Mine, Moulin Rouge Red, Pursuit of Pleasure, and more!
In the event of rain, the auction will be held in the Conference Center. It is open to the public.

Society.
