Ed and Jan Stockwell, 1203 Brownwood Drive, Bowling Green, are observing their 55th wedding anniversary
today.
They were married Aug. 18, 1956 at All Saints Episcopal Church, Dorchester, Mass.
Ed Stockwell is a retired sociology professor at Bowling Green State University. Jan is a retired
physical therapist who worked at various nursing homes in Bowling Green.
They have three children, Ted, Cleveland; Christopher, Bowling Green; and Susie Socha, Vermilion. There
are four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The Stockwells are celebrating the anniversary on Plum Island, Mass., where they have been summering for
the past 45 years.
