Lester and Shirley (Cross) Poggemeyer of Frankfort, Mich., formerly of Luckey, are celebrating their 50th
wedding anniversary.
They were married Aug. 19, 1961 at Zion Lutheran Church, Luckey.
The couple has two children, Laurie Ruch, Pemberville, and Teri Laurer, Perrysburg. They also have four
grandchildren, Korie, Clayton, Grant and Brock.
Lester Poggemeyer was founder and former owner of Poggemeyer Design Group, retiring in 1988.
