DESHLER – Contestants are being sought for the Corn City Idol talent competition, which will be held
during the Corn City Festival Aug. 20 and 21.
Performers be 10 years of age or older.
The opening rounds of the competition will take place on Aug. 20 at 6 p.m. at the Gazebo in the Deshler
City Park. A panel of three judges will review soloists, groups, dancers, instrumentalists and/or comedy
acts from Deshler and all area communities. Five finalists will be selected to perform again on Aug. 21.
