TONTOGANY – Monday night marks the start of a series of music concerts by the students of Otsego School
District.
All concerts will be in the Otsego High School auditorium and are free. The music department will be
accepting non-perishable food items for the Otsego Food Pantry at each show.
On Monday at 7p.m., the high school’s Spring Concert will feature the concert choir, women’s choir, men’s
choir, chorale, swing choir, women’s octet, Supernova (men’s quartet) and 4 Your Eyes Only (women’s
quartet). Concert selections include "All That Jazz," Lady Gaga’s "Telephone," a
medley from "Wicked," a "Jersey Boys" medley, "Seize The Day" from
"Newsies," and other pop/Broadway selections.
Special guest performers for the evening will be the International Barbershop quarter-finalist quartet
Hot Air Buffoons.
On Tuesday at 7 p.m., the sixth-grade band and junior high band will be in concert.
On Wednesday, the junior high choir and high school swing choir will perform starting at 7 p.m.
The high school band and jazz band will be in concert May 23 at 7 p.m.
