‘Annie’ auditions set
for Perrysburg production
PERRYSBURG – Auditions for the Perrysburg Musical Theatre’s first main stage production "Annie"
will be held May 3 and 4 by appointment at the Perrysburg Junior High School.

The musical will be staged June 24-26 at Perrysburg High School directed by Jody Madaras and Carrie
Sanderson.

Michigan comic headlines Comedy Night in BG
Kris Peters , from Ann Arbor, Mich., will headline Comedy Night Tuesday at 9 p.m. at Grumpy Dave’s, 104
S. Main St., Bowling Green.
Tim Rowlands is the featured act.
Tickets are $5 and $3 for students.
Young pianists scores well
Noalle Fellah, of Bowling Green, recently earned unanimous superior ratings and a gold cup at the Ohio
Federation of Music Clubs Music Festival held at Heidelberg University.
Fellah, a junior at Maumee Country Day School, performed the second movement, Romanze, of W.A. Mozart’s
Piano Concerto No. 20 in D Minor.
This is the second gold cup Fellah has received at the festival where she has performed since 2006.
Fellah, the daughter of Adnan and Sylvia Fellah of Bowling Green, studies piano with Denise K. Hauden, at
the Keyboard Connection Ltd., in Swanton.
‘Inventing Van Gogh’ on stage
TOLEDO – The Toledo Rep’s production of "Inventing Van Gogh" continues this weekend with
performances Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Tenth Street Stage; 16 10th St,
Directed by Barbara Barkan, the play is about a contemporary painter is hired to forge Vincent van Gogh’s
final masterpiece as a hoax only to find himself squaring off, with the mad genius himself.
The show will also be staged April 28, 29 and 30 at 8 p.m. and May 1 at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $18; $16 for seniors; $10 for students 13 and over; and $5 for students 12 and under. Call

Southern lady humorist appears at Valentine Theatre
TOLEDO – Humorist Jeanne Robertson will perform Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Valentine Theatre
The 67-year-old former Miss North Carolina recently released a DVD "Don’t Bungee Jump Naked and
Other Life Lessons. "
Robertson is heard daily on SiriusXM Satellite Radio’s Laugh USA Family Friendly Comedy and Blue Collar
Comedy channels.
A former Miss Congeniality winner in the Miss America Pageant has been inducted to the National Speakers
Association’s Hall of Fame and has received the Golden Gavel Award from Toastmasters International.
