Citations April 1:
No seat belt – Joseph Fintel, Cygnet; William Nuding II, Bowling Green; Melissa Lawicki, Maumee.
Speed – Charlene Thatcher, Gibsonburg; Shannon Buccini, Bowling Green; Ying Xie, Sylvania; Scott A. Ohms,
Rossford; Ralph Wahrman, Bowling Green.
Expired registration – Latoya D. Young, Massillon.
Police handled a complaint of a man at a restaurant in town viewing pornographic material on his
computer. The man said he was doing no such thing.
Jered R Evearitt, 18, of McClure, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for having just one brake light,
and was arrested on a warrant through Northwood Police. He was taken to jail. The driver was given a
warning.
Daniel C. Loera, 35, Fairborn, repeatedly tried to get into a private party at a downtown bar, until bar
personnel called police. Loera had an active warrant through BG Police, so he was arrested and taken to
jail.
Theft: Garman GPS from unlocked vehicle, 400 block East Merry Avenue.

¥ at 5:16 p.m. near North Main Street and West Newton Road involving vehicles operated by Aaron M.
Bergman, Geneva, Ind., and Ronnie L. Dewese, Weston. Bergman was cited for assured clear distance ahead
and driving under suspension.

Andre R. Elvoid, 21, Bowling Green, was arrested shortly after 2 a.m. for theft and criminal trespass
after a caller reported seeing a man looking into vehicles in the 400 block of Hillcrest Drive. Elvoid
admitted to removing a GPS from an unlocked vehicle and loose change from other vehicles. He was taken
to jail.
Adrian J. Taylor, 19, Euclid, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired/refusal. He was taken
to jail.
Bikes were reported stolen from the 200 block of East Napoleon Road.
A resident in the 700 block of East Napoleon Road told police someone entered through her unlocked window
and stole her television.
A 14-year-old girl was arrested for domestic violence and was taken to the juvenile detention center.
Officers approached a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Pike Street around 11:50 p.m. and cited both
Stephan Cohn, of Stryker, and Seth Resendez, Montpelier, for underage/under the influence. Sean Harford,
Upper Sandusky, was cited for littering after he was observed placing a glass bottle on the ground
