PERRYSBURG – Brown Automotive has donated $10,000 for Downtown Perrysburg.’s First Friday Series and Rock
the Docks events.
The First Friday Series transforms downtown Perrysburg into a festival atmosphere the first Friday of
each month in the summer and early fall. Local and regional vendors are invited to promote arts and
entertainment.
Rock the Docks is held twice during the summer (June 11 and Sept. 17) from 7 p.m. until midnight along
the Maumee River, just off Louisiana Avenue on the riverfront just behind the Commodore Perry statue.
One of the Rock the Docks events is the Harrison Rally Day "After Party" that follows and
all-day celebration of Perrysburg’s historical past. Both events feature live local bands, dancing, and
refreshments.
Downtown Perrysburg, Inc. is a community based, non-profitorganization whose mission is to offer and
promote community-wide events that are held in Perrysburg’s downtown historic district.
