Rep. Kaptur to meet with Hancock-Wood members

NORTH BALTIMORE – Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-Toledo) will attend a legislative forum for Hancock-Wood
Electric Cooperative members on Monday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the company office in North Baltimore.

The event will discuss topics that impact members directly, including political issues affecting
Hancock-Wood and its rates, and Kaptur is scheduled to address timely topics in Congress. Those in
attendance will be able to voice their concerns over legislative decisions that influence electric
cooperatives’ day-to-day operations.

Kaptur, who represents Ohio’s 9th Congressional District, is currently serving her 15th term in the U.S.
House of Representatives, and is the senior-most woman in the 112th Congress.
