Officers responded to a complaint of an unruly party at Victory Inn, East Wooster Street, at 11:25 p.m.
and cited Oscar S. Gonzalez, of McClure, and Alexandria R. Serrato, Bowling Green, for hosting a
nuisance party. The parents of two 17-year-olds at the party were contacted, and gave permission for the
teens to stay with their friends. Two hours later, Serrato’s guardian called police to complain that
partygoers were running around her home on Valleyview Drive. Police told the group – who said they just
wanted to talk to the father about what happened – they would be arrested if they returned.

Joshua R. Binns, 23, Fort Wayne, Ind., was arrested in city Lot 4 for disorderly conduct/unable to care
for self, and was taken to jail.
One person was taken to the hospital by EMS following an assault in the 100 block of East Court Street. A
suspect ran into a residence in that block, and no one would answer the door. The officer spoke with
someone outside the residence, who claimed to not know anything about the alleged assault.

Chanelle R Vigue, Toledo. Oxender was cited for right of way from private drive.

Two vehicles parked near the skate park in City Park had windows busted out over the weekend. Flags from
holes 5, 6, and 7 were reported missing from the golf course.
A Bentwood Lane resident reported that at about 4 a.m. someone stole her purse from the residence.
A TV converter and VCR were reported stolen from the an apartment complex community room in the 1000
block of North Grove Street.
Sometime between 7:30 p.m. March 26 and 3 p.m. March 27, unknown subjects reportedly stole a Sony
Playstation 3, 13 Playstation games and cash from an apartment in the 700 block of East Napoleon Road.

A juvenile was caught shoplifting $65.94 in merchandise at Wal-Mart; a copy of the report was forwarded
to the juvenile prosecutor’s office per the store’s request.
Narcotics were reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Ada Avenue.
