Adrian D. Hicks, 34, Bowling Green, was arrested March 23 for criminal trespass and criminal damaging
after he was accused of forcing his way into a residence in the 500 block of Pike Street.

Theft – Lindsay Laquatra, Medina; Amanda Patterson, Medina.
Driving under suspension, possession of marijuana – Darius W. Murphy, North Olmsted.
Officers were called around 1:36 a.m. to an altercation inside Kamikaze’s on East Wooster Street. Emily
M. Linthicum, Perrysburg, was cited for underage/under the influence. Maria E. Kania, Dunbridge, was
cited for disorderly conduct/fighting. Zachary T. Hilyard, Toledo, was cited for disorderly conduct with
persistence, prohibited acts/using another’s ID, and underage/under the influence.
Robert K. "Kelly" Riggs, 58, with no permanent address, was arrested for criminal trespass
after he was found inside a downtown business.
A 17-year-old Bowling Green male is on video stealing a bike from the middle school around 9 a.m. He was
picked up by Findlay Police.
Evgeniia V. Butaeva, BG, was arrested for theft after she was caught concealing $120.75 in merchandise in
her coat, boots and bag while at Wal-Mart.
Eric D. Smith, 35, BG, was arrested on a warrant while at the hospital emergency room, and was taken to
jail.

– Max M. Bachmayer, of Oregon.

Expired registration – Sarah Burston, BG; Lance McKelvey, BG.
Traffic control device – Anthony W. Harmon, BG.

was taken to jail.
Charles J. Kominek Jr., 29, BG, was arrested at an Ordway Avenue home on a probation violation warrant
through Marion County.
Jamie P. Whelan and Emily M. Cook, of BG, were cited for hosting a nuisance party in the 500 block of
Ridge Street. Matthew W. Underwood, BG, was cited for obstructing official business after he opened the
door to police but refused to allow officers inside.
