Lake firemen serve breakfast
MILLBURY – A pancake breakfast sponsored by the Lake Township Fire Department will be held Sunday from 8
a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ayers Road station.
The cost is $6 for adults and $5 for seniors and children ages 5 to 12.
Children ages 4 and under eat free.
Other dates for pancake breakfasts this year are March 20, April 17, May 15, Oct. 16 and Nov. 20.
Thrivent chapter meets in Weston
Thrivent Wood County Chapter 30023 will meet on Sunday at Grace Lutheran Church, 20425 Taylor Street in
Weston. The meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. All Thrivent members are invited to attend the meeting.
Red Cross holds bloodmobile
The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Blessed John XXIII Catholic
Community, 24250 Dixie Highway, Perrysburg.
Walk-ins are welcome.
Wood workers meet Tuesday
The Northwest Ohio Wood Workers Guild will meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the ag education/FFA classroom at
Bowling Green High School.
Ron Ricard will talk about bird and duck carving.
The meeting is open to the public and guests are welcome.

cancels meeting
The Parks and Recreation Board in Bowling Green has canceled its Tuesday meeting due to lack of business.
The next board meeting is set for March 22 at 7 p.m. at the Simpson Building, 1291 Conneaut Ave.
