BG hockey seniors recognized (02-18-11)

Bowling Green seniors Nick Eno, Wade Finegan, Andrew Krelove and David Solway will recognized Saturday
night in the Ice Arena.
The four will conclude their home careers on senior night when the Falcon hockey team hosts Northern
Michigan in the final of a two-game series at 7:05. The series starts tonight.
Although all four are quality individuals and all four will earn degrees, their careers on the ice have
been difficult.
The seniors have endured an uncertain future of the program, three head coaches and eight assistant
coaches, and little success on the ice.
They’ve won just 42 games in their four seasons, including records of 8-21-3 overall and and 3-18-3-1 in
the Central Collegiate Hockey Association.
"These guys are true Falcons," BG coach Chris Bergeron said. "These guys have have been
through a roller coaster that they didn’t sign up for. They’ve all come to work every day with a focus.
They all see the future is bright for this program and they’re proud to be part of it.
"They’re guys that fans on and off campus can be very proud of. I really feel good about the
foundation this group has been a part of. They’ll be guys we think about when things start to go better
around here. I wish it could have been better for them."
