Theft/shoplifting – Darmesha Johnson and Hannah Murray, both of BGSU; Anastasia Dedik and Anna Vasilyeva,

Police were called to a fight at an East Wooster Street bar, and arrested Brandon L.P. Loggins, 22,
Toledo, on a failure-to-appear warrant through Perrysburg Police. He was taken to jail, where he
complained of neck and back pain. Loggins was transferred to the hospital, then into Perrysburg PD
custody.
Police were called to McDonald’s East around 2:45 a.m. on the report of a driver passed out in his truck
in the drive-through lane. Jason L. Randol, Bowling Green, was cited for operating a vehicle while
impaired/refusal.
A Wallace Avenue resident reported it looked like someone tried to force open the back door to the home.
Footprints in the snow indicated the suspect started at 135 N. Grove and went through several backyards
to Conneaut Avenue.
A juvenile shoplifter was apprehended at Walmart.

¥ at 11:31 a.m. near 1527 Wren Road. Kurt McClurg, Bowling Green, was cited for improper backing.
¥ at 12:13 p.m. at Wooster Street and Mercer Road. Kristen Stattel, Marlboro, N.J., was cited for assured
clear distance ahead and operating a vehicle while impaired/drug abuse.
¥ at 2:18 p.m. at 1650 E. Wooster St. Nathanial Kapsal, Bowling Green, was cited for right of way from
private drive.
¥ at 10:06 p.m. near Wooster Street and Manville Avenue. Gregory Fitch, Waverly, was cited for assured
clear distance ahead.

Seat belt, operation at stop sign – Shalonda Hollins, Bowling Green.
Accidents occurred:

¥ at U.S. 6, a half-mile east of Ohio 235. Lino Vaquez, Uvalde, Texas, driving a 2001 Freightliner
tractor trailer, reported that while he was slowed and turning into a business, an unknown Chevrolet
pickup truck attempted to pass him, and both vehicles collided. The pickup reportedly continued on and
left the scene.
¥ at Cygnet Road, just west of Pemberville Road. The snow blade of a truck owned by Wood County and
driven by Richard Greulich Jr., Perrysburg, struck and broke a utility pole.
¥ at Lemoyne Road and Fremont Pike. Courtney Dodd, Luckey, was cited for operation at stop sign after
striking a car driven by David Weiden, Toledo.
Feb. 9
¥ at Sand Ridge Road, two-tenths of a mile west of Range Line Road. Nethaneel Roe, Weston, was cited with
failure to control, OVI, and OVI (refusal) after he struck a utility pole.
A deputy was dispatched to a domestic incident on Fremont Pike in rural Perrysburg. The male involved had
reportedly left the scene.
On Blackman Road, Bradner, a woman reported receiving a threatening text message from another female
Bradner resident.
A disorderly conduct incident was reported at Otsego High School.
In the 3600 block of Fremont Pike, a caller advised of a civil dispute in which he discovered, after
returning home, that almost all of his belongings, including his cellular phone and car, were gone.

Feb. 10 citations:
Speed – Timothy Alter, Perrysburg; Suzanne Daoust, Toledo; Melanie Grabowkiewicz, Temperance, Mich; Susan
Hodgson, Perrysburg; Kristina Kryder, McClure; Richard Jambor, Perrysburg; Amy Walter, Toledo.
Traffic control device – Lyndsay Peterson, Toledo.
A Callander Court resident reported a scam telephone call in which a man instructed him to make a $850
postal money order and told him that someone would pick it up at his residence, or it could be mailed to
a woman in Lakeland, Fla. He said the Ohio Lottery would give him $84,000 in prize money.
An outdoor cooler was reported damaged at a business in the 10000 block of Fremont Pike.
PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP POLICE
On Feb. 6, a metal box containing testing equipment valued at approximately $5,000 was reported taken
from a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado in the 29000 block of Tracy Creek Road. The back window of the vehicle
had been smashed. It appeared that the crime had occurred before Feb. 5. Medication had been found to be
stolen from the same vehicle on Jan. 30. A suspect was identified for both incidents.
On Feb. 7, Tamara Gray, Toledo, was arrested for theft and Linda McCluskey, Toledo, was arrested for
complicity to theft following a shoplifting incident at Kohl’s in the 10300 block of Fremont Pike.

¥ at I-75 southbound, two miles south of Perrysburg. Kenneth Kohn, Perrysburg, was cited for operation
without reasonable control after he struck a pickup truck operated by Dominic Wallace, Sylvania, which
was stuck in the median. Both drivers reported possible injuries but were not transported from the
