Sean W. Reed, 22, Bowling Green, was arrested Jan. 28 during a traffic stop. He had an active
failure-to-appear warrant through municipal court. He was taken to jail.
An East Evers Avenue resident told police Jan. 28 that sometime in the previous two weeks, someone
entered the residence and took a 42-inch LG plasma television. There was no sign of forced entry.

Michael J. Stallard, Columbia Station, was cited for criminal mischief around 12:48 a.m. after he was
spotted caring a propane tank from a gas grill. Stallard said he found it in the street and he wanted to
make some burgers, but police found fresh footprints in the snow around a grill in the 300 block of
North Summit Street.
Katherine E. Suber, Deshler, was cited for underage/under the influence in front of a downtown bar after
police observed she couldn’t stand on her on. She was transported to the hospital by EMS.
Brian D. Musser, Saint Joe, Ind., was cited for criminal mischief after he moved construction barrels
along North Main and Ridge streets.
Steven M. Mendieta, 34, Toledo, was arrested on a warrant through Perrysburg Township as well as a
failure-to-appear warrant through Bowling Green. He was taken to jail.
Ali A. Almazrouei, 20, Toledo, was cited for no seat belt, traffic control device, no front plant and
expired registration. He was arrested and taken to jail on a warrant through state patrol in
Chesterville.
Taylor B. Strohl, Fostoria, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired, prohibited alcohol (BAC
0.159), no license plate light, signal lights, probationary license restrictions, and prohibited
acts/use of another’s ID. A passenger, Sequoia L. Hampton, Fostoria, was arrested for underage
possession of alcohol and open container in a motor vehicle.
