BG BPU changes meeting to 2/23
Bowling Green’s Board of Public Utilities has changed its meeting scheduled for tonight to Feb. 23 at 5
p.m. in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St.
Wayne distributes government food
WAYNE – The Wayne Food Pantry will be distributing food Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the fire hall.
The giveaway is for residents in the 43466 zip code who meet eligibility requirements.
Custar school serves baked dinner Saturday
CUSTAR – In honor of St. Valentine, St. Louis Church and School in Custar will hold a baked steak/chicken
breast support on Saturday from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the school basement.
The meal also will include mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade noodles, vegetable, salad, roll, pie and
drink. A free will donation will help support the school’s tuition assistance fund.
CES honors Target as Jan. employer
Community Employment Services (CES) of Wood Lane recently named the Rossford Target store as January’s
Employer of the month.
Since 2001, the store has worked with CES and employed several individuals with disabilities.
