At a traffic stop along East Poe Road, Sean Reed, Bowling Green, was cited for speed and a passenger,
Crystal Rayoum, 22, Toledo, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Bangich Bol and Albert Hathorn, both of Bowling Green, were cited shortly after 11:15 p.m. for hosting a
nuisance party. Samantha Ayer, Grand Rapids, was cited for underage possession of alcohol. Jennifer
Tolles, Bowling Green, was cited for underage possession of alcohol and for open container.

Feb. 4
¥ at 12423 Mermill Road. A car driven by Kenneth Tyson, Portage, reportedly failed to yield to a vehicle
driven by Larry Ward, Bowling Green, as it was turning left out of a private drive, and struck Ward’s
vehicle.
¥ at Huffman Road, a half-mile south of Kramer Road. Kay Michniak, Tiffin, was cited for failure to
maintain reasonable control after she lost control on the now covered roadway and struck a
tractor-trailer driven by Michael Keys, Wayne.
¥ at U.S. 20, a quarter-mile west of Luckey Road. A 2007 Jeep Patriot driven by Wanda Wray, Luckey,
reportedly suffered damage after Wray was unable to avoid large pieces of ice which fell off of an
unidentified semi tractor-trailer ahead of her.
¥ at Cross Creek Road just west of Liberty Hi Road. Tyler McGannon, Maumee, was cited with assured clear
distance ahead after he struck a car driven by Austin Wickard, Haskins.
¥ at Ohio 281 and Adams Road. Tasha Schorr, Hamler, driving a van, was cited with right of way – stop
sign, after she pulled out in front of and struck a vehicle driven by Brett Reynolds, Wayne.
Feb. 5
¥ at East Poe Road, just east of Dunbridge Road. Aaron Boulis, Sandusky, was arrested for OVI and
received two citations for OVI offenses, and was also cited for failure to control, after he reportedly
overturned his vehicle.
¥ at Mitchell Road and Sand Ridge Road. Brett Riffner, Bowling Green, was cited for failure to maintain
reasonable control after his vehicle traveled left of center, striking a stop sign. He reportedly fled
the scene.
¥ at West River Road, just west of Otsego Pike. Clinton Cobourne was cited with operation without
reasonable control after he slid into a car driven by Marc Hathaway, Deshler.
¥ at Campbell Hill Road and Napoleon Road. Larow Chambers, Detroit, was cited for traffic control device
after he attempted to stop at the posted stop sign and slid through the intersection, striking a car
driven by Jeffrey Snook, Bowling Green.
¥ at U.S. 6, one-tenth of a mile east of Ohio 235. Sylvia Johnson, Weston, reportedly lost control of her
car and overturned off the south side of the road.
¥ at U.S. 23 and Main Street, Risingsun. Rachel Johnson, Gibsonburg, driving a 1998 was cited with
