Linda L. Hock, 68, of Bowling Green, died Sunday evening, January 23, 2011 at Wood County Hospital.
She was born February 19, 1942 in Bowling Green to Edward and Maxine (Shaner) Smith.
Linda enjoyed life and lived every day as if it were her last. She cherished her small, full of love
family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She was a 1960 graduate of Bowling Green High School.
She is survived by a daughter, Betsy Tyson-Board, Bowling Green; sons, Charles Ladd, Bowling Green, and
Jerome Hock, Columbus; grandchildren, Brandi Tyson, Kylie Ladd, Katie Ladd and Chaz "Chazy"
Ladd; a very special aunt, Betty Maas, Bowling Green and special cousin, Beth Ann Zaremba, Concord,
Michigan; brothers, Dennis Smith, Portage and Timothy Ayer, Grand Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her parents and very special friend, Robert Bales, Stockton, New Jersey.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. at the DUNN FUNERAL HOME where friends
may call on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment is in Oak Grove Cemetery. Following the burial there
will be a bereavement luncheon at 125 S. Bell in Bradner.
