Arol June Canfield

Arol June Canfield passed away Sunday through Hospice at Otterbein Home in Lebanon, Ohio.
She was born in Bowling Green December 29, 1924 to Harley W. and June (Barr) Lambert.
She formerly was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and VFW Auxiliary in Bowling Green, and a member of
Muncie United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her job as a purchasing agent at BGSU and retired in 1988
after 19 years.
Arol loved to read books, and traveled to all 50 states, Europe, cruised, and went through the Panama
Canal.
She is survived by her son, Donald (Charlene) Canfield, of Monroe, OH whom she lived with; grandsons,
Brian (Nicole) of San Marcos, CA, and Don (Shannon) of Mason, OH; and 3 great-grandchildren – Jade,
Trent, and Jesse; her brother, H. William Lambert of Woodside, NY; 5 nieces and 7 nephews. Three
brothers, Kermit W. Lambert, Hugh C. Lambert, and Merritt (Molly) Lambert, preceded her in death.
Visitation will be at DUNN FUNERAL HOME Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. with the service to follow. Burial
will be at Wood County Memory Gardens.
Contributions may be given to Crossroads Hospice Charitable Foundation, the American Cancer Society, or
the American Heart Association.
