BG’s Krummert earns academic honor
CLEVELAND – Bowling Green’s Courtney Krummert she has been named to the 2010 women’s cross country
Academic All-Mid-American Conferecne team.
A senior, Krummert is the 20th athlete in the history of the Falcon women’s cross country program to
receive the honor. She has earned a 3.840 grade-point average while majoring in Criminal Justice.
During the 2010 cross country season, Krummert posted personal best times in both 5K and 6K events.
Muzzleloader hunting season opens Saturday
Ohio’s muzzleloader deer season will open across the state on Saturday and run through Tuesday.
Ohio deer hunters must possess the proper permits. Regardless of zone, method of taking or season,
hunters may take only one antlered deer during the 2010-2011 deer hunting season.
Legal hunting hours during the statewide muzzleloader deer season are one-half hour before sunrise to
sunset. Deer must be checked by 8 p.m. on the day after harvest, except those killed on Jan. 11, which
must be brought to a deer check station by 8 p.m. that day.
NB to induct Hall of Fame members
NORTH BALTIMORE – North Baltimore High School’s Sports Hall of Fame will be inducting members before the
boys varsity basketball game against Fremont St. Joseph on Friday.
The junior varsity game begins at 6 p.m. with the varsity game to follow.
All current members of the NB Hall of Fame are invited to attend the induction ceremony.

Cody Jennings led Eastwood’s boys varsity basketball team with 15 points in the Eagles’ 64-44 loss to
Elmwood on Tuesday. An incorrect first name was listed for Jennings in Wednesday’s Sentinel-Tribune.
Owens to host youth baseball camp
The Owens Community College baseball program is Jan. 17. An incorrect date was published in Wednesday’s
Sentinel-Tribune.
