Bowling Green Chamber of
Commerce Director Earlene Kilpatrick (from left), Sprint store Manager Eamon Fagan, Mayor John Quinn,
and store employees Rob Sheleh, Jasmine Cook and James Sweet help cut the ribbon at the Sprint store’s
grand opening.

Sprint has chosen Bowling Green to open a large cellular phone service store and offer customers the best
in service.
In addition to Sprint, the store offers prepaid Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile, as well as Nextel.
According to Manager Eamon Fagan, Sprint chose Bowling Green because of both the community itself and
Bowling Green State University.
"Bowling Green is definitely one of the cities you’d want to be in, a city that’d get the
respect," he said. "Bowling Green is definitely, definitely a city on the move."
Fagan noted the store is a full-service one. "We want (customers) to have a total red carpet
experience, whatever their need is."
The store’s staff is able to handle phone and discounted accessory purchases, setting up new contracts,
resolving billing problems and phone repair.
The manager said the first thing he tries to find out from customers is if they qualify for a discount.
"Repeat customers is what keeps you alive and functioning," he stated.
Fagan, who is from Michigan, said he has had experience with businesses in other cities and was both
surprised and pleased with the welcoming response from the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce and Mayor
John Quinn in preparing for the store’s recent grand opening.
"We’re very happy to be embraced by the Bowling Green community and plan to be here a long time and
be supportive in whatever way we can," Fagan said.
The store is open Mondays through Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and
Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The store’s number is (419) 352-0522. Sprint is located at 1062 N. Main St., in the small strip of stores
which includes Goodwill and Little Caesar’s.
