Rossford seeks head football coach
ROSSFORD – Rossford has an opening for a head football coach for the 2010-11 season. Teaching positions
may be available.
All candidates should have demonstrated history of success in coaching at the high school and/or
collegiate levels.

Owens women split
In a National Junior College Athletic Association Division II women’s Top 10 matchup Sunday, No. 2
Schoolcraft defeated No. 8 Owens Community College, 66-65. Schoolcraft is 10-0 and Owens is 7-2.
Schoolcraft’s Angela Burrell hit one out of two free throws with 3.7 seconds left in the game after Owens
tied it on Brittany Darling’s field goal. Jasmine Blanton had a shot blocked at the buzzer for Owens.

Leaders for Owens were: Blanton, 21 points; Demi Moschetti, from Perrysburg High School, 11 points, nine
rebounds; Ashley Hooker, 10 points; and Sarah Clark, eight points, 11 rebounds.
On Saturday, Owens beat Kalamazoo Valley CC, 78-65.
Leaders for Owens were: Blanton, 22 points, six rebounds, two assists; Darling, 16 points, 15 rebounds,
and three blocks; and Moschetti, six points, eight rebounds, three blocks, one assist, and one steal.
