Thomas Ryan LeFever, age 22, of Cygnet, died Sunday, October 11, 2009 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical
Center, Toledo, Ohio.
He was born June 13, 1987 in Lancaster, Ohio.
Surviving are his father Thomas D. LeFever in Lancaster, Ohio; his mother, Holly C. (Raul) Ramirez,
Cygnet, Ohio; and stepfather, Jason Brown, Risingsun, Ohio. Also surviving are his girlfriend, Brooke
Beiswenger, Cygnet, Ohio; a son, Landon Kraft, Amanda, Ohio; a daughter, MaKena LeFever, Lancaster,
Ohio; paternal grandparents, Kenneth J. LeFever, Lancaster, Ohio, and William and Jewell Poling, also of
Lancaster; paternal great-grandparents, Arnold and Ressie Crabtree, Oak Hill, Ohio; his maternal
grandparents, Nancy Hiatt of Logan, Ohio; Bud and Susan Brown, Weston, Ohio; and Felipa Gonzalez,
Mexico; two brothers, Richie Greer of Virginia; and Ian Ramirez, Cygnet, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Les LeFever, Betty Downhour and Anne LeFever;
maternal grandfather, Walter R. Hiatt; and maternal great-grandparents, Albert and Leota Wachenschwanz,
and Walter and Loretta Hiatt.
Ryan worked for Blue Beacon Truck Wash, North Baltimore, Ohio.
He was a 2005 graduate of Berne Union High School, Sugar Grove, Ohio.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Risingsun.
The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at St. Paul’s United Methodist
Church, Risingsun, Ohio. Rev. Kevin Dotts will officiate.
A second funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Heinlein-Brown Funeral
Home, Logan, Ohio. Burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.
Another visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 in Logan, Ohio.
