Richard L. Morlock, age 82, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2009 at Otterbein-Portage Valley Retirement
Village, Pemberville, OH. In Dunbridge, OH he was born on October 27, 1926 to Darley and Pearl
(Schneider) Morlock. On October 24, 1959 he married Annette Wiegman in Toledo, OH and she preceded him
in death on October 27, 1963.
Dick was a WWII Navy Veteran and a salesman for Graybar Electric, Toledo, OH. He was a member of
Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Pemberville, OH and was devoted to his granddaughters.
Dick is survived by his son: Jeff (Patti) Morlock of Thornville, OH; granddaughters: Bekah and Hannah
Morlock; brother: Vernon “Moe” Morlock of Perrysburg, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife
Annette and nephew Randy Morlock.
Family and friends will be received from 12:00-1:00 PM on Monday October 12, 2009 at Otterbein-Portage
Valley Retirement Village Auditorium, Pemberville, OH where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM.
There will be a bereavement luncheon served immediately following the memorial service in the dining
area. Officiating will be Pastors Jeff and Patti Morlock. Interment will be in Pemberville Cemetery,
Pemberville, OH at 2:45 PM.
Arrangements are being handled by the Marsh Funeral Home, Pemberville, OH. Memorials may take the form of
contributions to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Radio Fund or Southern Care Hospice, Toledo, OH.
