A single-vehicle accident at Kellogg Road and Otsego Pike at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday out a vehicle in the
ditch.
Clayton Phillips, Grand Rapids, was westbound on Kellogg. The driver told sheriff’s office deputies that
a deer ran in front of the vehicle and he ran off the road to avoid it.
Phillips was cited for failure to control.
