Jack F. Beair, 69, of Bradner, died Friday, September 25, 2009, at his residence.
He was born June 6, 1940, in Toledo, to Cloyd and Garnet (Lay) Beair. He married Marlene Mergenthaler,
and they divorced.
Survivors include his longtime companion for the past 31 years, Mary Quinlin, Bradner; three sons, Greg
Stoller, Woodburn, Indiana; Jeffrey Beair, Risingsun; and Bradley (Heidi) Stoller, Woodburn, Indiana; a
daughter, Kalene (Mike) Hetrick, Woodburn, Indiana; a stepson, Raymond Quinlin, Bradner; four
stepdaughters, Mary Hatton, Toledo; Tammy (Steve) Pearce, Bradner; Billy Jo (Kevin) Hathaway, Bradner;
and Dawn Quinlin, Oregon, Ohio; a brother, David (Barbara) Beair, Toledo; a sister, Becky (Don) Allen,
Wayne; 15 grandchildren; 16 stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three
stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a stepmother, Virginia Beair; a stepson, Gary Hale; two
brothers, Roger and Sonny; and two sisters, Michaelyn Kern and Linda Johnson.
Jack retired as a welder from the Fletcher Machine Shop in Bowling Green. He had also worked for Hayden
Tank Plant, Bowling Green, as a welder and for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant as a pipe fitter.
He was a Vietnam Army Veteran.
He was a member of the Albert Bowe American Legion Post, Bradner; Fostoria Eagles; and Bowling Green
AMVETS.
Jack enjoyed fishing and gardening.
A memorial service will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Bradner Legion. Burial
will be private.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of Barndt Funeral Home, Wayne, which is handling
arrangements.
