ADVANCE PLANNING
50’s Style Rock and Roll Party: Oct. 22 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Snook’s Dream Cars, 13920 County Home Road,
Bowling Green.
Take a trip back to the ’50s with the classic cars, root beer floats, dancing, and music performed by
"The Hot Flashes".
Tickets, at $3 per person, need to be purchased by Oct. 16.

Considering Moving Event:
Nov.6 from 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. To help people plan ahead, vendors with information on home repairs, aging
in place, housing, and financial options will be on hand.
Also provided will be tours of assisted living facilities, condos, villas, retirement communities and
nursing homes.
A professional from the National Association of Senior Move Managers will speak on developing a moving
plan, sorting & downsizing, arranging profitable disposal of unwanted items, packing, setting up
of a new home, interviewing and overseeing movers.
In addition, a speaker on Home Health Care will provide tips that can help you stay at home.
Breakfast provided by Waterford at Levis Commons and lunch provided by Heritage Health Campus.
Pick up a detailed itinerary at all senior centers in the month of October.
