Soul Shine Blues Festival Saturday

Grana’ Louise and Troublemaker will headline the Soul Shine Blues Festival Saturday from 2 to 10 p.m. at
Meadowbrook Park Ballroom in Bascom.
Straight from the heart of Chicago, the singer returns to the Soul Shine Blues Festival for the third
time. GranĂ¡ Louise is a regular act at Chicago’s top blues clubs.
Also performing will be pianist and singer Henry Gray, who has played for more than seven decades,
beginning his career Howlin’ Wolf and performing with Robert Lockwood, Jr., Billy Boy Arnold, the
Rolling Stones and Muddy Waters as well as a solo artist. He will appear with Columbus blues musician
Sean Carney.
The Soul Shine Blues Band will open the show.
The event will also feature a Top Hat auction for wine, handcrafted items, fresh baked goods and more;
autographed, matted and frame photos of Grana’ Louise and Henry Gray and more.
The event will also feature a guitar raffle. This year’s guitar is an Epiphone Limited Edition Riviera
Custom P93 electric guitar, donated by Rick Briney of Tiffin.
Food available includes barbecued ribs and chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, and red beans and rice and
beverages.
