Matthew J. Niemiec, the son of Becki Niemiec of Edgewood Drive, Perrysburg, has joined the Army under the
delayed entry program and qualifies for an $8,000 enlistment bonus. Niemiec, a 2009 graduate of Whitmer
High School, Toledo, will report to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo., for basic training in
