The trial for Randy G. Corbin, who is charged with murder and tampering with evidence, has been reset for
trial on Feb. 23 to March 5, 2010, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the first day.
Corbin, 48, of Fostoria, was set to stand trial beginning Tuesday. At a pre-trial conference last week,
the case was continued until February.
Corbin is accused of strangling to death his girlfriend, 51-year-old Karen S. Coldwell, in her home on
West State Street in North Baltimore in October of 2007.
He is also accused of dumping her body at a remote location north of Fostoria.
He remains in custody in the Wood County jail. His bond is set at $1 million with no 10 percent
applicable.
If convicted, he faces a possible life sentence.
Corbin is set to appear before Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey.
