Vicki L. (Guelde) Masters, 62, of Napoleon, OH, died Monday, September 14, 2009, at St. Vincent’s Mercy
Medical Center in Toledo.
She was born, April 3, 1947, in Defiance, OH to the late Frank and Helen (Kestner) Guelde. On October 24,
1981, she married David Masters, who survives in Napoleon.
Vicki was a homemaker and an employee of the former Deshler Products in Deshler, OH. She loved spending
time with her family including her son, Mike (Lynne) Debbe of Napoleon, daughters, Pamela Carrol (Dan)
and Jenna Masters, both of McClure. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Aaron, Jacob, Alex,
Isaiah, Halee, and Jaelyne. She is also survived by a brother, Ned and a sister, Joyce. She was preceded
in death by a sister, Betty.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in McClure, where she previously served as a Sunday school
teacher and a bible school teacher. She also was a member of the McClure American Legion Auxiliary, and
the Napoleon VFW Auxiliary.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM , Friday, September 18, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in McClure
with Pastor Mark English officiating. A lunch will be served immediately following at the church.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Rodenberger Funeral Home in McClure, and one
hour prior to services on Friday at the Church.
The family suggests memorials to the St. Paul Lutheran Church of McClure or to a charity of the donor’s
choice.
